In the 2020 Elections, America witnessed many anomalies and illegal activities that went unanswered and ignored by many state and federal officials. Voter Registration Key

When analyzing the US Census population by age, voter registration, and ballots cast, Dr. Frank found that one county could predict all other counties in a state. The light blue/grey line is the predicted Utah Registration Key. Many times the key is so accurate from county to county that is hidden by red line for Ballots Recorded. Pay attention to the bottom two lines to see if Dr. Frank was able to predict each county.

Now, take note of the Correlation Coefficient, R value, for each county in the video. Remember one county was chosen as the Key so it is R = 1. The closer R is to 1, the more accurate the prediction.

America Has Possible Problem Counties With Excess Votes

Seth Keshel does historical trend analysis. "Keep in mind, if you're new - I ANALYZE TRENDS. So, Miami-Dade is green because the trend reflected the party registration shifts and Trump progress. This doesn't mean out of 618k Dem votes that they're all legitimate. I simply prioritize these counties for the boots on the ground to seek out the best targets."
